When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned once opened.
How do I know which running shoe is right for me?
We recommend checking our size guides or visiting us in-store for a professional gait analysis. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up by half a size for running footwear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Please contact our support team within 60 minutes of placing your order if you need to make any modifications.
